This is designed to help support your clutch slave cylinder cover when the Heavy Duty Clutch Springs are installed in your Hayabusa clutch.It helps provide rigidity to the cylinder to prevent it from actually moving out and flexing,causing inconsistent clutch operation and cracking of the sprocket cover.
The standard clutch slave cylinder can crack or break with the heavier springs.
The Clutch Slave Support is designed to work with the stock OEM Cover installed and fits on the outside of cover and straddels the clutch slave cylinder thus preventing a cracked cover from allow the slave cylinder to move when the clutch lever is pulled in.
This product will allow you to run a cracked cover and still operate the clutch. It will prevent the cover from cracking when using high spring pressure clutch springs.
In case you are wondering where this is....it is your sprocket cover area on the Hayabusa.
The stock OEM cover is cast aluminum and thin metal,it does not take much to crack it.
Installs in less than 20 minutes.
Supplied as pictured with all hardware needed to install and with installation instructions.
